Our values
At Employor we put our clients and our employees first. We have a great focus on communication to ensure neither our clients or our employees are seen as a number. Instead, clients are given a dedicated contact person who is available to answer any questions and to support the employees in navigating the relocation to the Netherlands. We do not work with chatbots as our clients have our direct contact information. This allows us to offer the best service in payroll.
Employor further values a transparent and equal treatment of all our clients. We have therefore opted to work with fixed fees instead of commission based costs. Our fixed fees ensure that all our clients receive the same treatment and ensure they know the costs of our services up front. Clients will not experience any surprises when the salary of their employee increases as our fees are not subject to any changes for the full contract duration. Our transparent treatment is further showcased in making sure we offer the best advice to all our clients. We will advice on the most cost-effective solution for the clients’ company to ensure they receive the service necessary to enter the Dutch market.
